|Recommended: YesIt Works — We have trouble getting hot water at night to bathe our son in and we hear our neighbors who blast their music all day. Are other neighbor likes to honk his horn several times when he comes home at 10pm which wakes up our son. Other than the hot water though it's a good apartment complex there isn't a whole lot they can do about the noisy neighbors.

Please let us know if you wish to have maintenance address the hot water by providing us with your address, because we are happy to help. Also, we are happy to send a violation letter as you should not have to put up with noisy neighbors.

|Recommended: YesAwsome Place Minus Upstairs Neighbors Noise — I love it here all except for the upstairs neighbors, they have kids which start running through the house at 3am, and doesnt stop until 9pm with the parents constant yelling and cussing the children. Other then hearing everything from upstairs like im in the apartment with them, this place is great, things always gets fixed on time, the staff is friendly, they know your name. It takes a lot for a leasing office to remember everyones name. I have actually referenced a friend of mine here and she loves it here as well

|Recommended: YesLovely Place To Live — Quiet, nice place to live. Staff is always pleasant. I really enjoy living here. The only thing that could make it better is in home laundry.
|Recommended: YesThe Property Is Well Kept And Clean Very Nice — My only issue is that I can hear every step my upstairs neighbor makes. Other than that, noise isn't too much of an issue. I can't hear them through walls or anything The staff os very friendly and relaxed about everything. I am definitely enjoying living her.
|Recommended: NoBeautiful Area, Okay Apartments — I moved here four years ago. Every year that I have been here my rent has gone up. The apartments are nice but overpriced. I like the neighborhood. People are nice for the most part but you can hear everything in the apartments around you and in the hallways. People are not considerate of their neighbors. When my lease is up, I will be moving.
|Recommended: YesNice And Quiet — The staff is all friendly and the grounds are kept well. The residents are all very nice and pick up after themselves in general. A nice place to live and convenient to Westminster and the College.
|Recommended: YesIt S Affordable — Nice apartments with just a couple of issues. It seems that there is no sound proofing, or anything to block the weather, in the windows. I can constantly hear cars simply driving on Royer Rd, and anyone's conversation when they walk near my apartment.
|Recommended: YesBeautiful Apartments Full Of Sunshine And An Amazing Staff. — I love it here! Maintenance is both efficient and helpful. They swept snow and salted the sidewalk at 8 pm on a Saturday night so I could get my wheelchair out. The office staff is also wonderful. Lynn and Barbara are both joyful and excellent at their jobs.
