|Recommended: YesI Think This Is A Great Apartment Community To Live In — It's quiet mostly, no one bothers you, maintenance calls are done on timely manner, office staff is very nice, grounds are kept up, everyone seems to clean up after dogs, great location.

|Recommended: YesGreat Size Apartments — The apartments are a nice size, parking availability is great and the staff is very friendly and helpful. My only issue is that it is a little pricey.

|Recommended: YesNice Place To Live — This complex is very convenient to the city while being just far enough away to not have to deal with city traffic and noise. Our neighbors have been nothing but wonderful and the staff seems very quick to deal with any issues as long as it is brought up in a timely manner.

|Recommended: YesAbove Average First Impressions — Having recently moved to the community, there are no striking areas of concern that I have noticed. It seems well maintained, minus pet owner clean up issues, and the community seems mostly positive and upbeat.

|Recommended: YesReasonably Priced- Friendly Staff — The staff at Meadow Creek has been nothing but kind. Elaine is AWESOME She has been so helpful in every way she can be. We were lucky to receive a five percent discount on rent for working at the hospital and in the school system which was nice, but even without that we would only be paying 1050 for a two bedroom, two bath. You can't beat that price Now we are having issue with our BGE bill being outrageous, but Elaine, and the maintenance staff have been very helpful in every way they can to figure out the issues.

|Recommended: YesHome Sweet Home — We have lived at Meadow Creek Apts since 2010. Our neighbors and other residents are friendly and welcoming. The location is a good area for businesses, school, etc. The leasing office employees on site and at the Owings Mills' location are always very friendly, helpful and attentive to our needs. The maintenance guys are awesome. Whenever there is a problem within our apartment, they are there as soon as possible to fix it. The community is safe and quiet.

Plenty of parks around for both pets and children Super safe I never have anxiety about something happening. The Staff here are super understanding and clarify any questions you may have in a breeze This is my first Apt. Ever and I made the BEST decision choosing Meadow Creek

|Recommended: YesQuality Room For A Decent Price — Great price for a 3 bedroom apartment. If you have loud neighbors, you can hear them, especially in the halls but that is basic apartment complaints where ever you go. It is an older building so it isn't really a modern look, but not outdated either. Staff is always willing to work something out with you, and are very friendly. Great first experience for new renters. Parking is first come first serve, so if you work late night shifts, you may be walking a bit to get home.

|Recommended: YesGreat Place To Call Home — I couldn't be happier living at Meadow Creek. The staff are friendly, helpful, and responsive. I always find a parking spot right in front of my building. I pretty much never hear my neighbors. The apartments are spacious and we'll laid out. I wouldn't considerconsider renting anywhere else in Westminster.

|Recommended: YesGood Place To Call Home — I've only been here for about 10 days but it's been great so far. My best friend lives here, so to be closer to her and her son, I decided to move here with my two boys when my lease was up. At Meadow Creek, the boys have tons of kids to play with, its safe, the grounds are beautiful and maintenance is there in a flash. I love the newsletters about what's going on around town and events happening in the community. We can walk to the Westminster Pool where you can pay at the gate or buy a seasonal membership. I have laundry facilities in my building which is a huge plus and availability hasn't been an issue at all. I am adjusting to the small kitchen and minimal storage space but the rent is fair. Love the walk-in closet I can hear my upstairs neighbors walking around but other than that, my building is very quiet. I like being able to do everything online request maintenance and pay rent , Wish we had grills to use and maybe a few picnic benches since there are no balconies.

|Recommended: YesAwesome Staff And A Great Community — First time for us living in a community like this, For 35 years we lived in a big home we decided to downsize due to the fact of my husband's health, In doing so we found out life is so much easier.
