|Recommended: YesGood Place To Live If Just Starting Out — Based on my personal experience, this place was a great choice to live at while starting my new career. Relatively cheap compared to other places and well maintained. The apartment where I live was clean when I moved in and my neighbors are all friendly and quite/respectful. If there is every a maintenance problem, it is usually taken car of within a few days of the request which is great. All the maintenance personnel seem kind and professional and will great you with a smile.
The only thing I've had somewhat of a problem with was sometimes they have work being done on the grounds that start around 6am in the morning even on weekends. Which can get annoying and ruin a long week's weekend morning. If they could hold off cutting metal and hammering things until 8:30-9:00 especially when they are just outside the window of about 15 apartments, it would be awesome.
